L&#8217;argument d&#8217;aquesta com\u00e8dia espanyola tanca un interessant i profund an\u00e0lisi sobre la personalitat obsessiva, met\u00f2dica i fins i tot destructiva que pot observara en alguns xef de prestigi quan el seu m\u00f3n se circumscriu als fogons i al repte d&#8217;obtindre estreles Michelin.<\/p>\n<p>De la m\u00e0 de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upv.es\/pls\/oalu\/sic_per.info_persona?PE=Z7a6R0gGVjW1EaxzNehT%2F2KJPW0HRKhcgilQJDTghL1F5qfM5p60C3aFOtRc0p0zDtp9ie5xr4w5XS5yXjFO5N2eGWzhY5c%2FYok9bQdEqFzhyt%2FFoiUIfQ%3D%3D&amp;P_TIPOBUS=0&amp;P_VISTA=&amp;P_IDIOMA=v\">Marina Segarra<\/a>, doctora i professora en comunicaci\u00f3 audiovisual, parlem de l&#8217;obra, els seus personatges i la trama.
